Hi. i have night sweats occasional and now ive realised it tends to happen the few nights before we've my period happens although i dont really have a period because i have a mirena. i am 33 and worried it might be pre menopause.

No menopause yet: As long as the Mirena is in place and the night sweats are only before the period due to hormone drops, then menopause is not yet a concern at age 33.
