Hi, please provide some advice, 2 days ago i went into trauma to be treated for high fever. blood results came back indicating that i have stage 3 ckd. i do not have any symptoms. can it be a misdiagnosis based on dehydration. im 33.

Follow up required: people are often symptom free well into the late stage of ckd. That said, the label cannot be assumed or ignored when lab values on your evaluation proved so abnormal. Schedule a follow up with your doctor to repeat the tests & explore why your system is in this state.

My CKD-EPI is 70, every test came back normal (urea, serum creatinine, Na, uric acid, urine - no proteinuria, no glucose), no high blood pres, no stmptoms. My cardiologist said not to worry and came back in one year. Should I see a nephrologist?
