My urine analysis says that I have trace level of protein and cloudy urine, but everything else like my kidney blood results and BUN/CREATININE RATIO are normal. Was I just dehydrated when I took the test?

78yr hypertensive on telmisartan s.cr 1.57mgdl blood urea 63 mgdl ,urine protein/creatinine ratio 0.09 ,O/E only mild ankle oedema on and off other inxs normal exept HB 11.4 ,what's your opinion about kidneys function and protection by measures taken?
