You don't have HIV: The HIV blood tests are among the most accurate diagnostic tests ever developed, for any medical condition. The result overrules all other considerations: no matter how high the risk of HIV at the time, and no matter how typical your symptoms for HIV, the test result rules. If it was an oral fluids test, get a lab test as well. If also negative, it is conlcusive. Work w/ doc about other causes.
