Losartan: Complex issue. Please discuss with your Dr. I would take BP seared and standing to see if it drops a lot.

Yes: Dizziness/lightheadedness is indeed a known side effect of losartan. Taking it at bedtime instead of in the morning may be effective in decreasing or preventing this side effect.
