Ask your health: care practitioner to consider a different antihypertensive and confirm it is actually necessary. Have them take your blood pressure standing after three minutes rather than seated. They may find you don't actually have hypertension. You might have autonomic dysfunction mimicking hypertension. In that case, beta blockers are preferable to Losartan.
