It depends: Losartan is a medication for high blood pressure. If your blood pressure is too low, one can feel lightheaded. Consider keeping a daily blood pressure log at home. Be sure to sit for 5 minutes in relaxed environment and state, check your left arm pressure around same time everyday and keep a log and review it with your doctor if medication(s) need adjustment
