Yeast infection?: The most common cause of vaginal itching is yeast infection. Contrary to common belief, yeast causes little discharge and little or no odor, just irritation, itching, often redness of the labia. If this seems to fit, try an over the counter yeast medication with active ingredient ending in "azole" (miconazole, clotrimazole, etc). Pharmacist can help choose. See MD if no better after 4-5 days.
