Many women get vaginal yeast infections from time to time, and these are very typical symptoms. It might be a nonspecific irritation of some sort but is unlikely to be an STD. Try an over the counter anti-yeast medication. You will find many choices; select one with active ingredient ending in "azole" (miconazole, clotrimazole and many more).
