Guideline: Ideal weight for you could be from 145-175 pounds depending upon various physical characteristics. Looking in the mirror is a good test. See a registered dietician for one visit to determine your weight goal, how many daily calories to eat depending upon your physical activity, critique of your eating habits and get a sample diet. You must eliminate 500 calories a day for a week to lose 1 pound!
