Sunburn: I am confused regarding your question. How long it takes to get sunburned depends on your skin type, the UV index and what sunscreen you are using.

I was in the sun for 20 minutes in UV 4 and then back out again in UV 3 without suncream for 15 minutes. Is the guidance for 15 minutes unprotected sun exposure a day the total amount per day or per exposure? I didnt burn.
I was out the sun in UV level of 6/7 in shade for some of the time but out for more than 2 hours without reapplying suncream but wearing factor 50. I felt my neck burning but no visible burn and fair skinned. Is this damaging if I dont burn?
