Exam!: I suggest you go to a clinic for an exam. For initial treatment for an infected pilonidal cyst your doctor may prescribe antibiotics and may make a small incision to drain the cyst. If the cyst recurs, which often happens, a more extensive surgical procedure that removes the cyst entirely may be needed. I wish you well with your health!
