Will a melanoma always grow and change shape? i have a mole i'm concerned about only because it's somewhat new (2017) shape and size seems to be the same. color got darker after i accidently scratched it off.. hyperpigmentation maybe?

Have lesion examined: Never a bad idea to have such a lesion examined. While there might be some healing going on, better to have it evaluated early on. You can start with your primary care physician or a dermatologist.
