Depends: UTI's are unusual in male toddlers.They are almost always limited to the uncircumcised or those with abnormal urinary tracts which will show up in the first months though it can happen later. UTI's will generally also generate fever.That said, it does happen and an office visit/testing will be worthwhile to sort out the issue.
