Go to ER....: Your shortness of breath is a concerning symptom as well as your laryngitis which likely represents upper airway inflammation. You may have pneumonia so you need a chest x-ray as well as a sputum culture to diagnose the bacteria responsible for your infection. You may need supplemental oxygen as well as IV antibiotics so you should go to the nearest er asap. Let us know how you do! good luck!
