I am in my 13th week of pregnancy and i sometimes feel like my heart is flopping around in my chest. i wore a holter and i had two incidents of vtach that lasted for 3-4 beats. can that turn into sustained vtach? obgyn didnt seem worried

V tachycardia: You must be evaluated and followed by a cardiologist because of the ventricular irritability which is a concern in my opinion. Do you have valvular heart disease, prolonged QT syndrome, electrolyte abnormalities ,family history of sudden death? Any proposed medications, if any, would have to involve collaboration between the cardiologist and your obstetrician. The cardiologist will advise you.
