By symptoms: mimicking heart attack do you mean sweating, nausea, palpitations, dizziness, vomiting, shortness of breath, dull squeezing aching chest pain and weakness? Or do you mean sharp chest pain? You need a stress test and then treatment for the muscles and bones of your chest if it is normal too.
