Lymphadenopathy: There are many causes of enlarged lymph nodes. It's impossible to even guess based on the little information provided. Are they widespread (neck, under arms, groin, etc) or in only 1-2 locations? Where? Are they tender? Do you have any other symptoms, like fever? No matter what the cause, Advil will not have any effect. See a doctor if the problem persists or you remain concerned.
