Facial rash: It could be eczema, seborrheic dermatitis or an allergic reaction to substances that come in contact with your face. Try applying a mild corticosteroid ointment. Use a.gentle soap. Avoid shaving with a razor and avoid applying cologne,after shave lotion,hair spray,etc. See a dermatologist if not improved.
