See your PCP: Whereas MFP is a disorder involving regional muscles, FM is a generalized systemic condition that is characterized by widespread aching or pain throughout the body, notably in the weight bearing muscles. Probably not: fibromyalgia, surely you had your inflammatory panel done and it was all Negative? Has Lupus, RA, PMR, Rosacea all been ruled out? Was it your Rheumatologist who gave you a Fibromyalgia diagnosis? Fibromaylgia is really a diagnosis of exclusion. See your Doctor and get some labs if you have not done so already.

Yes and no.: Fibromyalgia has many cases, some of which include chronic infections and co-infections that need detailed workups. (for example Lymes and it's associated co-infections can be a cause)

Rash: Rash is not associated with Fibromyalgia. You might want to think back to recent med changes, changes in facial soaps or Make-up. An eval by Dermatology would help with narrowing this down.
