Just recently had a baby and suffered a perennial tear and i think it might be infected . my feet have been swollen for the pass few day could that be a symptom if an infection m?

Fever, increasing: pain at the site. Temp 101, would be a strong sign. Swelling in the feet is common for two to three weeks after delivery. If temp and pain increasing see your doctor as soon as possible.
