3 of my toes(right foot and big toe and the two to the right of it)have been red but not swollen for about 6 monthsthe foot and no other toes other than the 3 are not red,no trauma happened and no infection, nothing.what could this be? and no pain?

In the absence of pain, swelling, peeling,pus, tenderness&itching we can rule out injury,arthritis, infection,allergic response. Could excess dryness or simple irritation from footwear be the cause? Try a moisturizer and looser fitting footwear. Don't wear the same footwear day in and day out. A podiatrist could shed more light on this symptom
