Low platelets: Low platelets alone shouldn't cause fatigue unless you've become anemic from bleeding episodes. Are you anemic? Do you have any other chronic disorders like autoimmune disease? People with systemic lupus often don't tolerate sun exposure. If you're not chronically fatigued, the sun reaction is probably not a serious issue.
