If you're referred to a sleep lab, just call the lab to get a copy. Usually, they send the results directly to the referring doctor. Some big lab which is part of the hospital has also a medical app you can download to access the results of all your test, diagnosis,.. In our office, it is a routine to schedule our patients an appt. to discuss the results of an established diagnosis with the MD.
