Pelvic pain syndrome: I think you're the same person who asked previously about nonbacterial prostatitis. The answer is yes: nonbacterial prostatitis (or chronic pelvic pain syndrome, CPPS) usually has normal urine WBC and no bacteria. If you have not done so, google CPPS (spell it out); the wikipedia article is good, and excellent info also is available on the website of the Stanford Univ. dept of urology.
