Is it normal for a prostatitis to have normal wbc and negative bacteria in urinalysis. ?

Pelvic pain syndrome: I think you're the same person who asked previously about nonbacterial prostatitis. The answer is yes: nonbacterial prostatitis (or chronic pelvic pain syndrome, CPPS) usually has normal urine WBC and no bacteria.
