Safe: You can use it as long as it has been stored correctly after opening, it has not expired and you do not observe sediments in the solution.

Yes: Although there may have been some contamination of the surface of the container, it is extremely unlikely to get an infection from reusing the same bottle if it has only been a few weeks.
