My dr. ordered progesterone lab work to make sure i had ovulated. my results were 1.23 ng/ml, the lab reference range is 0.10-0.84. thoughts?

You did not ovulate: Try again next month and complete the preconception labs and screening.

Ovulation: The lab level is very low so it's hard to be sure if you ovulated or not. See when your period starts next. If it starts more than 12 days after the test was drawn, you will need to repeat the bloodwork with better timing. Try about 1 week before your period is due.
