Doubtful: Even without examining you, I doubt you have enough room for them, I doubt that you will find an orthodontist willing to take on the task, and when you finally consult with an orthodontist and realize how much time, effort, and cost it would take to attempt the uprighting, I doubt you will commit to treatment. You don't need them... have them extracted.
