Had camera in bladder today after consistent micro.blood in urine.they found irritation in bladder&mentioned possible leaking kidney in future but didnt seem concerned at all.is the irritation cause 4 concern?what is leaking kidney&can i prevent it?

Microhematuria: I think the urologist meant that the kidney may be leaking red blood cells. If microhematuria persists, for complete evaluation and peace of mind, I recommend an ultrasound of the kidneys to look for cysts or growths, urine culture(if not already done) and a cytology examination of the urine to look for malignant cells.

Constant micro.blood in urine for years& multiple utis.cystoscopy has shown redness/irritation in bladder but have been discharged w/no concern.u/s is clear.is bladder irritation a worry & is there anything I can do to fix it?does this explain blood?
Blood in urine on and off for a month. Had blood tests, 3 urine analysis, cystoscopy, 2 kidney and bladder ultrasounds. Still haven't found cause.
