Hello: Sorry but there is not enough information to achieve a probable diagnosis. Half of the diagnosis is made through questions. More detailed information is needed in order to discard hundreds of diseases of condition that could be causing you this. It could be as simple as a pleuritic pain, nothing to worry about, but could also be a aortic aneurysm. Visit a cardiologist.
