What would cause your heart rate to suddenly drop on a watch monitor to 46 and then go back up to being in the 80s. not while exercising. i felt like it was skipping beats a little. im 12 weeks pregnant.

Heart rate drop ?'s: A decrease in heart rate from the "80's" to 46 may indicate conduction defects in your heart. See a cardiologist for interpretation of an EKG to be certain.
