I have a weird spot on my chest that's been there for a long time, about 18 months,recently i've noticed there are a few smaller dots around it.main spot is pale brown and flat to the chest. fairly regular in shape and less than 1.5cm in diameter?

Hard to label: Skin issues usually require direct observation to begin understanding their possible origin. This does not sound worrisome, but if it troubles you bring it up/get it examined the next time you go in for any health problem.
