No: Not likely. Any change you see in throat however should be assessed by ENT doc.

Thyroid cancer: The spot on your skin is probably not related to the thyroid cancer. Although it was 20 yr ago, most thyroid ca grows slowly, and you are still young. There are many factors that go into surveillance of thyroid ca and this is generally handled by an Endocrinologist who is experienced at looking for markers of recurrence. You should be followed by an Endocrinologist.
