Short time: Anusol with hydrocortisone is not meant to make them dissapear. Mostly, it will make them less painful or swollen. Diet will make it less likely to have pain or inflammation in the hemorrhoids. However, the only way to make them dissapear is surgery. Not safe to try to push them in, as they will go back out anyway.

I have been dealing with an itchy anus for two months now. I've tried gentle cleaning, witch hazel, and hydrocortisone cream, bu it still itches after I go poo. What could be the cause? I don' have hemorrhoids by the way
External hemorrhoid slightly larger than a pea for 2 days. No bleeding Typical itch. Been using hydrocortisone on it. Can I use fluticasone cream on it? Will it work better to help resolve? Will this size resolve on it's own?
