Same thing.: Procotozone is a trade name so is probably more expensive although they are both Hydrocortisone 2.5%.

Not much difference: The active ingredient, hydrocortisone, is the same. Proctozone is made in such a way that it is more helpful for hemorrhoids. Still, Hydrocortisone cream will help too.
