Hydrocortisone: Yes, but limited use--1-3 days only in body fold area. Cracked hands are better treated with heavy moisture and use cortisone only for itch. Hemorrhoids can improved with cortisone, but in occluded areas--anus--cortisones could induce atrophy if used too long. Best limit it to occasional use and for 1-3 days at a time.
