Not a good idea: The combination of flexeril and zoloft increase risk of serotonin syndrome-confusion, increased HR and BPm fever, sweating and seizures, really not a good combo in general, zoloft ,klonipin and flexeril will all have enhanced sedation, and confusion SE when used together. Melatonin can combine with out issue-definately talking with your prescriber.
