Drug interactions: Using Flexeril with Zoloft could ^ risk for serotonin syndrome but that is not common. Using Flexeril with Seroquel could lead to abnormal heart rhythms - although rare - the chances increase if you have long Q syndrome, other heart problems or electrolyte imbalances.
