I have a small cut on my finger. i suspect it is infected because the gland in my armpit is sore. it wasn't a deep cut, it's about 1.5cm long, and i sustained it indoors. do i need to worry about a tetanus injection?

...get immunized..: A 1.5cm long cut on a finger with subsequent tender Lymph node in the armpit of the same hand is consistent with infection likely from the wound. If one has not had a tetanus boaster (TDap) in the past five years or so, one should get immunized and then take the appropriate antibiotics. Either way a visit to the PCP is indicated
