Can one breast be more dense another? i've already had a breast exam and nothing was noticable. i did a breast exam myself and found that one breast feels less loose. it's my right one. i don't have any other symtoms.

Yes: We are never completely symmetrical so it is completely normal for there to be small differences between breasts. Occasionally there can be very noticeable differences but even then it is rarely a problem other than a cosmetic one.
