Can a diagnosis of noncancerous growths on my ovaries be determined by a simple blood test?

Using all info: Ultrasound is usually the first step for determining if ovaries have cysts that are concerning. Radiologist look at features like size, solid areas, "complexity", and blood flow. They can not diagnose cancer, just tell you the risk that there may be a cancer. Tumor markers help but are again not diagnostic. Cysts that are simple balloons of fluid are rarely cancer. Talk with your gynecologist.
