I was on methotrexate but seeing that there is no rheumatologist where i live i have not received any medication for my ra. i am also struggling with pain on the inside of my elbows.

RA: Most primary care physicians or specialists in internal medicine are capable of treating rheumatoid arthritis and can prescribe your methotrexate. The elbow discomfort is most likely a flare up of your RA since you're off your medication.
