Meniscus: If this is preferred by your orthopedist it follow through. In my training, which goes back awhile, my ortho I trained with was at the time a prominent sports medicine ortho in our area. He always treated with physical therapy for meniscal injury. Typical for 6 to 8 weeks. Often a number of knees improved and did not need procedure. Those that did tolerated arthroscopy better.
