Hi i have a pink eye, currently im not treating it with any antibiotics but just letting it treat by itself with time. how long would it be able to go back into work? the eye itself i think looks cleared up.

It's safe now: Even without treatment, adults with conjunctivitis (pink eye) to stay away from work. Not true for young children, who need to be kept from school, day care, etc. (Usually a virus, not helped by antibiotic.) Reduce risk to others by avoiding direct contact, frequent alcohol gel (e.g. Purel) and hand washing. It's certainly safe to return to work if the eye is no longer pink and irritated.
