BP, Weight, Cancer: It's important to make certain you don't smoke, don't drink too much alcohol, avoid illicit drugs, eat well, exercise regularly, & avoid risky sex. Your blood pressure & weight should be checked. Standard lab studies to rule out diabetes, anemia, high cholesterol or thyroid problems should be done. A chest X-ray to rule out lung cancer is advisable.
