Depends: What do you mean by "lots of".Fruits are basically 60%water,fructose sugar in varied amounts & small amounts of protein. Unless you have an allergy to any of these or intolerance to the sugar moderate consumption is fine. Eat too much of anything & you can gain fat eventually (from the sugar). Mostly they are a water source.
