Some basics: One of the side effects of all nicotine or THC products is triggering the blood vessels to constrict. That narrowing can reduce the healing rate of anyone after a surgical procedure. Whether it would impair your healing to a noticeable degree or not is speculative. Given that influence I would put off vaping or smoking until primary healing is achieved in a week or two.
