I just stopped taking my medrol dosepack (methylprednisolone) monday at 6am (used it to reduce swelling after oral surgery) and was wondering if its ok/ safe for me to vape thc again?

Some basics: One of the side effects of all nicotine or THC products is triggering the blood vessels to constrict. That narrowing can reduce the healing rate of anyone after a surgical procedure. Whether it would impair your healing to a noticeable degree or not is speculative. Given that influence I would put off vaping or smoking until primary healing is achieved in a week or two.
