Facts: Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Acetaminophen remains among the safest drugs in pregnancy. Recent studies have advocated an increase in ADHD in children exposed to the drug in their fetal stage. Caffeine appears safe in low quantities, up to 150-200 mg/day, otherwise it may cause miscarriages.
