At what point would you go to the er for a possible miscarriage?

ER: Good question. A miscarriage itself does not warrant an ER visit. However, if significant bleeding to the point you feel you are getting week- increased heart rate at rest or feeling you are going to pass out would warrant ER visit. Questionable pregnancy? If known confirmed intrauterine pregnancy that helps if not ectopic possible. This would be associated with lower pelvic pain.
