Bleeding,fever or no: Are you experiencing any vaginal copious bleeding, or fever? If not, a D & C may not be necessary. What is necessary is to go see a GYN MD and get an exam to make sure that everything is OK post miscarriage rather than the ER. A sonogram can also be done at that time to look for residual tissue.
